RUNNING one of Britain's biggest make-up companies , Millie Kendall knows a thing or two about looking good.
She's worked with some of the world's top skincare and cosmetic brands and, along with leading makeup artist Ruby Hammer, created the Ruby&Millie range in 1998.
Now the beauty experts have launched a range of make-up for young teenagers.
Scarlett and Crimson are the characters from a new range of books aimed at 12 to 16 year olds, and Ruby &Millie have produced simple kits based on the quirky two.
Millie said: "Ruby and I are both mothers and we found the characters to be very inspiring, modern, very free and independent but into fashion, make-up and music.
"And we thought it was new, considering the spate of merchandise available to teens that is pink and sparkly and twee."
She and Ruby took inspiration from their own daughters as well as their own garish make-up mistakes.
