Police probe thefts at Southern Park Mall

Police investigating two similar flights from the shopping center south of the park with the value of stolen goods valued at over $ 6000.
The manager of Gap in the mall, 7401 Market St., told officers that 48 pairs of pants worth $ 2,702.67 were stolen from 6:30 p.m. Monday, according to reports.
The person who stole the pants seemed to have four accomplices, two males and two females, who entered the store separately and used in entertaining children and adult sections of the store, police said.
The pants were stolen from a bulletin board before, reports stated.
Police said the theft is similar to a recent incident at Abercrombie and Fitch, also in South Park Mall.
This flight took place around 3:15 p.m. Friday, two men with stealing 36 bottles of 1.7 ounces of cologne valued at $ 1944 Fierce and 29 shirts valued at $ 1,972, according to reports.
Abercrombie and Fitch employee told police that two men carrying large bags into a store while she was helping a woman pick out clothes.The employee said she noticed the men standing near the screen, cologne and shirt and the woman tried to drive away the store, police said.
